Oreo Cheesecake Truffles Galore

What a perfect summer treat.

This recipe is absolutely amazing!  

I found it on HowDoesShe.com and changed it a bit to fit with my own liking, but I doubt there's any wrong way to make these lovely little darlings.

Step 1: Combine a package of family size oreos and one 8 oz. pkg of cream cheese (room temp)

Step 2: Roll the combined oreos and cream cheese into small balls

Let them rest in the refrigerator to harden for about 1 hour.

Step 3: Instead of dipping these into melted chocolate, I warmed up frosting to the point it was liquid.  My daughter picked out the color since it was her birthday treat for school.

Keep these in the refrigerator until they are ready to be served or delivered.

Step 4: Enjoy, because these are so easy and are absolutely amazing!  

(I gave the whole batch to my daughter's school, after eating one,

 I knew self-control would be hard with these!)
