We have been nominated for the Liebster Award by Fashion With Danny!

We did some digging into what this award really is and where it started, the background was a little vague.  Supposedly the award started in Germany and the whole point is to recognize the hard work of new bloggers.  Thanks for the nomination!

2. Why did you start blogging?
We started blogging as an outlet to share our experiences, lifestyle issues and to touch on those everyday manners that have been forgotten!

3. What's your favorite book?
A few of our favorite books are Mom, Inc., Pride & Prejudice, 
North and South and The Way Furrow The Forge

4. Who's your favorite designer?
Danielle's favorite designer is Oscar de la Renta

Katrina's favorite designer is Prada

5. What is your blogging routine?
We typically blog 5 days a week, but if we get a sudden inspiration on the weekends, then our lucky followers get 6 posts in one week.

6. What social media sites do you use most?
We use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

7. Do you have a job?
We are both stay at home moms but together we own and run an event planning company, Lady Lux Events, LLC & Danielle owns a floral design company, DMH Custom Floral Designs

8. Who takes your pictures for your blog?
We both take the pictures.

9. What celebrity do you think has great style?
A few of our favorites are Kate Middleton, Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe

10. Who's your favorite blogger?
We love so many!  Aunie Sauce, Cupcakes and Cashmere, The Life of Bon, From My Grey Desk Blog, so many to choose from!

11. What's your favorite fashion item?
Shoes!
