Have Some Manners! The Privacy of Cigarettes

One of my all-time biggest pet peeves has to do with cigarettes.  Yes, we all have a right to smoke or not to smoke, but with that being said, our bad habits shouldn't cause frustration, annoyance or pure grossness to those around us.  Maybe it's better to keep our bad habits as private as possible.  I know, I know, it's hard to keep anything private now-a-days, but guess what, it is possible!

So what annoys me the most about cigarettes, well it's when a rude driver throws his finished cigarette out of his moon roof and it hits my front window and no I was not driving too close!  There are simpler and kinder ways to get rid of a cigarette than throwing it out of the top of your car.  You know it's gross when my 3 year old sees it happen and say "Ewwww!"  Have some consideration, if you want to smoke, that's fine, but have some thought for those around you.  Maybe get rid of that cigarette through your driver side window and aim for the ground!  It's that simple...who would've thought?

  1. I totally agree with you. It's rude to smoke in public places. I hate it the more when they just don't care even if there are kids around.

  2. YUCK! I used to hate it when all the smokers congregated right outside the entrance to all of the buildings at school (because it was too cold out), leaving me no choice but to smell like cigarette smoke for the first 30 mins of class. Gross.

  3. aim for the ground? how about instead use an ashtray in your car instead of littering the ground so an animal doesn't think its food, try to eat it, and die.
